Refund Policy

All sales are generally final.

If an item arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or can reasonably be verified as lost or undelivered, please contact us. We may replace or re-ship the item, offer a comparable item of equal value, or issue a refund when replacement isn't practical or where required by law.

Claims are valid within 14 days of delivery, or 30 days of the expected delivery date for missing items. Photos, order details, or tracking information may be requested.
